Why great latte art pays

Your customers judge your coffee before they taste it

Before they smell it or sip it, they see it. In a study by the University of Oxford and a UK barista champion, customers were willing to pay 11–13% more for the same coffee when it had latte art. On a €4 flat white, that’s about 45–50c of value they see in every cup. Great latte art tells them care went into it, before the first sip.

How a group date works

Up to 20 people in a day

A hands-on 3-hour barista course at our school, with up to 10 people per class. We can run two classes on the same day, so a group of 20 can all train in one day.
