Our one-day barista course in Bandon, Co. Cork: one hands-on day that takes you from the bean to latte art. For complete beginners, home coffee lovers, people starting in a café, and café owners and managers. With a 10:30 start and a 4pm finish, it works as a day trip from Limerick, Kerry, Waterford, Tipperary or Kilkenny.
Our one-day workshop works for a real mix of people, from the total novice to someone already working in specialty coffee, and people who employ or supervise baristas. You learn from the very beginning what it takes to become a professional barista.
We cover where coffee comes from, milk and milk suppliers, the espresso machine, troubleshooting bad milk, the drinks specialty coffee shops serve, and the competitions and opportunities out there today. You’ll leave with a new outlook on the craft and the skills to impress. That’s often the small margin between a good barista and a great one.
We split the day in two, so we can focus on each part and on what every student needs.

Just bring yourself. Your learning carries on after the day too, with four weeks of email support.
€159 for the full day. Pay securely online and your confirmation and calendar invite arrive straight away.
