For roasters, this is a vital skill to evaluate beans and roasts, baristas/owners need to know how to cup in order to purchase the best coffees. Coffee drinkers don’t really need to know how to cup – but knowing how will bring a much greater appreciation to every cup of coffee! Learn how to understand the intricacies of the flavours, detect the roast, the origin, and even the impact the processing method has on coffee. Included: A cup of coffee (possibly tea) on arrival. Part of The West Cork Food Festival.
